- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for garments unless they are faulty or damaged.
- Garments that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a refund.
- All refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any requests received after this period will not be recognised.
